Ingredients: chicory root, dandelion root, astragalus root, burdock root, eleuthero root*

Brewing Instructions: Combine 2 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water in a pot. Cover, bring to a boil, then gently simmer for 30-60 minutes. Strain and enjoy black, or add your choice of sweetener and/or milk.
