Ingredients: chicory root, dandelion root, astragalus root, burdock root, eleuthero root*

Brewing Instructions: Combine 2 tsp of tea for every 8 oz of water in a pot. Cover, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-40 minutes. Strain and enjoy black, or add your choice of sweetener and/or milk.

Suggested Preparation: Make in batches enough for 3 days, store in fridge, and drink 1-2 cups per day.
