HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse items for sale, select your products and, when you have finished shopping, go to your shopping cart. Here you will enter your contact information, select a payment option, and your items will be on their way to you within 3 business days.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping will be determined by a third-party based on weight of the product, size of package, and where the package will be shipped. Shipping costs will be determined at time of check-out. We are not able to ship outside of the United States at this time. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship all products within 3 business days (not including holidays that occur during the business week, and unless otherwise noted). We ship USPS Ground or Priority mail. Depending on what delivery option you choose, most products will arrive within 6-8 days from the time that you place your order.

DOES WOVEN ROOTS APOTHECARY & COMMUNITY CHARGE SALES TAX?

Based on applicable state tax laws and our location, Woven Roots Apothecary & Community collects and remits sales tax on orders delivered or shipped to customers in Georgia.
