EARTH is a special herbal tea blend created to both soothe and nourish the nervous system for relief in the moment and long-lasting repair to boost your resilience and response to stress. This potent elixir offers the opportunity to connect with and feel the grounding force of these herbal friends**. Tea blends are packaged in recyclable and compostable containers, including tea insert.
Primary qualities**: grounding, supports nervous system restoration, calming
Ingredients: woody betony, skullcap, chamomile, catnip, oat straw, lavender*
Brewing Instructions: Pour 8 oz of near boiling water (approximately 190°F) over 2 tsp of tea. Use an extra scoop for a stronger brew. Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
Sip and savor slowly.

This is a fantastic tea blend! I first tried it when I purchased it from Wooven Roots booth at Marietta Square. It is fantastic for my mood, and it is very helpful with digestive and blood circulation. I ordered more from their website, and it arrived in a couple days. Their shipping was very fast. Earth tea has quickly become the centerpiece of my afternoon and evening wind-down time. It has a full, mellow flavor without any of the bitter leavings that other teas have. I feel settled and clear after drinking a cup. This is a perfect way to end a busy day or to allow your mind to meander aimlessly as distractions fall away.
